PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a transmitting signal with a highly accurate waveform. SOLUTION: Three primary side poles each of an iron core have primary side coil circuits, respectively. One of the primary side coil circuits is equipped with first and second primary side coils each having the same structure with an intermediate tap and respectively wound around the iron core, transistors QNOA and QNOB which separately turn on/off the conduction of two coils NOA and NOB having the intermediate tap of the first coil between them, and transistors QZOA and QZOB which are connected to the second coils similarly to the transistors QNOA and QNOB and are simultaneously turned on/off. In addition, in the primary side coil circuits, resistance units ROA and ROB are connected to the transistors QZOA and QZOB as a structure to match impedance of the primary side coil circuits when either the transistor QNOA or the transistor QNOB is turned on and when both transistors QZOA and QZOB are turned on.
