<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered compact having high saturation magnetic flux density, excellent temperature characteristic of the saturation magnetic flux density and high thermal shock resistance and a coil component using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A ferrite core 12 is made from an oxide magnetic material comprising 49.0-50.0 mol% Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 20.0-30.0 mol% ZnO, 1.0-6.0 mol% CuO and the balance being NiO as main components and 0.01-0.03 pt.wt. SiO<SB>2</SB>per 100 pts.wt. main components and then, has high saturation magnetic flux density, excellent temperature characteristic of the saturation magnetic flux density and high thermal shock resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
