<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a program for forming images and an image processing system that reduce time until an image is printed out and make the length of one side of papers discharged after printing uniform without imposing troublesome operations on a user when printing data is mixed data containing pages different in size. <P>SOLUTION: An MFP as an image forming device sequentially detects the sizes of pages of print data received (S204), sequentially compares the sizes of pages of the print data sequentially detected (S205), and detects a combination of sizes when the sizes are different as the result of comparison (S207).
