A container raising and conveying device, a two wheel hand cart, a carrier, a two wheel dolly used for moving recycle boxes, trash containers, storage containers, laundry hampers and many other containers. It has a unique approach using two hooks that hook under the overlap, the lip, the fold-over, the rim at the top of the containers and by pulling back on the handle, levers the container off the ground without having to lift anything. This is a similar approach as a pry bar for removing a nail, thus removing the burden of carrying a heavy container. This is where "Le Litter Buggy" takes the "HEAVY" out of the job.
