PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress radiation noise generated by a communication line over the whole communication band by improving the balance of the communication line while preventing a normal mode signal in the communication band from attenuating as much as possible. SOLUTION: A transformer T3 for balance improvement is united with a common mode noise suppressing circuit to combines advantages of the common mode noise suppressing circuit and balance improving circuit together, and then the normal mode signal in the communication band is hardly attenuated to greatly improve the balance of the communication line and also suppress radiation noise over the whole communication band.
