PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a program for calculating/calibrating camera parameter capable of calibrating camera parameter, by efficiently corresponding a reference point on the model of an existing pattern or structure to a live-action image. SOLUTION: A camera parameter calculating/calibrating device 1 calculates at least one of camera parameters including a position coordinate, photographing direction, and focal length of a camera; and calibrates the camera parameter according to the calculated result. It comprises a camera parameter storage means 7, image input means 3, point correspondence input means 5, image generating means 15, image composite means 17, image display means 19, inverse projection means 9, point correspondence storage means 11, and a camera parameter calculation means 13.
