<p>The invention relates to a brake actuation mechanism having first adjusting mechanism (25) and second adjusting mechanism (35). The first adjusting mechanism (25) includes a cam member (27) that engages a portion of a lever member (20). The cam member (27) includes a plurality of cam surfaces (27 c-i). Each of the cam surfaces (27 c-i) is configured such that, when engaged with the lever member (20), defines a different brake disengagement position for the lever member (20). Each brake disengagement position corresponds to a corresponding position of brake shoes.</p> |
