PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrombosis ameliorating agent containing the extracts of Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma japonicum.

SOLUTION: An especially excellent action to suppress the platelet agglutination compared with the single use of the extract of Ganoderma lucidum or Ganoderma japonicum is obtained by using the extract of Ganoderma lucidum in combination with the extract of Ganoderma japonicum. The food, quasi-drug or drug containing the extract of Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma japonicum has antithrombotic action and is effective for the prevention and amelioration of thrombosis-related symptoms such as arteriosclerosis, dullness, dementia, shoulder discomfort and headache as well as the amelioration of thrombosis.
