<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device which contains a pixel drive circuit and is capable of increasing the traveling speed of carriers in thin film transistors constituting the pixel drive circuit and preventing the thin film transistors in the single pixel drive circuit from varying in a threshold voltage V<SB>th</SB>, to provide a pixel display device, and to provide a method of manufacturing the above electronic circuit device. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic circuit device is equipped with a non-single crystal semiconductor film formed on an insulating board, one or more crystalline semiconductor regions (54) provided on the non-single crystal semiconductor film, and one or more thin film transistors equipped with at least channel regions (Ch1, Ch2, Ch3, and Ch4) and provided in the crystalline semiconductor regions (54).
