PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To waterproof a route making the inside of a case communicate with the outside through a gap between an apparatus side shield shell and an apparatus side housing without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: Water infiltrating through the route from a mounting hole 11 till the inside of the case 10 along the outer surface of the case 10 of an apparatus M, and water leaking through the route the other way are blocked by an apparatus side sealing member 29 interposed between an apparatus side connector Ca and the outer surface of the case 10. Since the gap between the apparatus side housing 20 and the apparatus side shield shell 40 is fluid-tightly isolated from the inside of the case 10 by the apparatus side sealing member 29 with a cable side connector Cb removed from the apparatus side connector Ca, the route making the inside of the case 10 communicate with the outside through the gap between the apparatus side shield shell 40 and the apparatus side housing 20 is waterproofed.
