PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize disorder when the power supply of a master terminal is unexpectedly interrupted in an ad hoc network. SOLUTION: A terminal likely serving as the master terminal is provided with an energy storage region (6) which supplies a voltage and a current to a place requiring them due to the unexpected power interruption, means (8, 6) for preparing and preserving the newest shutdown message, and means (9, 10) for transmitting shutdown messages during the power interruption.
