PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber crawler structure capable of precluding deterioration of steel cords for a longer period of time even if a separation is generated at the boundary between the rubber part and each shoulder of metal cores whereon rollers roll. SOLUTION: The rubber crawler structure is configured so that the metal cores are embedded in the rubber crawler at a certain pitch, the steel cords are also embedded in such a way as surrounding the above mentioned, projections are formed protruding from the cores on the inside surface of the rubber crawler, and that shoulders to serve as the runway for the rollers are formed swollen out at the left and right wings of the projection, wherein the outside surface of each shoulder to serve as the adhering surface with rubber is cut in further inward than the side face of each wing. In the attached illustration, 3 is the shoulder, 3a is the outside surface of the shoulder, 4 is recess, 5 is rubber, 6 is steel cord, and 7 is a lug. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
