PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of enhancing the ride quality without degrading the steering stability and the wet braking performance. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire having a block 4 demarcated by grooves 2, 3 in a tread part 1, a sipe 5 with both ends thereof closed is provided on the block 4, the sipe 5 has a shape twisted around the imaginary axis A extending in the tire radial direction, and the twist angleθis set to be≥135°.
