PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk with a shelf, which is allowed to freely change its usage form according to change in study and work form with the growth of a user or according to user's taste in desktop form, change in usability, or the like, and to perform changing work efficiently and readily with saved labor. SOLUTION: A back panel 3 of a desk body A is extended upward from the upper surface of a top board 2, the front side of an extended upper back panel portion 3A is provided with attaching portions 4 for detachably attaching at least one shelf B, and the back side of the back panel 3 is provided with attaching portions 4 for detachably attaching the shelf B removed from the front side of the upper back panel portion 3A.
