<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve preferential contents for a stockholder by correlating complimentary items for stockholders and preferential treatment (discount) for the purchase of a commodity of the company concerned. <P>SOLUTION: A method includes, by means of a stockholder management function 112 in an issuing company system 110, receiving stockholder information including stockholder identification information and stock-holding history information having records of the number of stocks held by the stockholder at either a present or a past time point; by means of a sales management function 116 in the issuing company system 110, receiving customer information including customer identification information and purchase history information having records of a provided or manufactured commodity or service and the purchase price by the customer; by means of a stockholder complimentary item management function 114 in the issuing company system 110, determining the contents of complimentary items for the customer and concurrently the stockholder, from the stock-holding history information in the stockholder information and the purchase history information in the customer information, having the stockholder identification information coincident with the customer identification information; and according to the contents of the complimentary items for stockholders, determining the contents of the complimentary items for stockholders to the customer and concurrently the stockholder, and also determining a sales condition for the commodity or the service to the customer and concurrently the stockholder, according to the contents of the complimentary items for the stockholder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
