<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic driving device which prevents dust from being raised inside of a camera, which is silent and extremely reduced in vibration, which realizes energy saving and the simplification of a mechanism, and also to provide a shutter device, an imaging module and the camera. <P>SOLUTION: The electrostatic driving device is constituted of: a stator 1 having a plurality of electrodes for driving; a moving member relatively moving to the stator 1 by receiving driving force by the charge of the electrodes for driving 4a and 4b; and a protection member arranged to hold the moving member with the stator. Either the stator 1 or the protection member 25b has a projecting part 120 more projecting than other members, and the projecting part 120 is fixed on a holding member 110 for fixing the electrostatic driving mechanism of the electrostatic driving device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
