PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk player which surely holds a disk, without staining both sides of the disk and is provided with a transfer means. SOLUTION: The disk player comprising the means for conveying (transfer mechanism 2) the inserted disk (1) to a play-back position is provided with; roller members (transfer rollers 21L, 21R) of which the support points are located at the positions counter to the disk plane and the inclination angle to the disk plane can thereby be changed, and which can be made to abut on the outer circumferential edge part of one surface of the disk; a 1st driving means (drive motor 9) for driving to rotate the roller members and conveying the disk; a 2nd driving means (tension coil spring 32) for varying the inclination angle of the roller members, according to the positional changes of the outer circumferential edge part of the disk to be conveyed; and a guide member (guide plate 34) which makes the outer circumferential edge part of the disk abut against, and the disk player holds the outer circumferential edge part between the roller members and the guide member to convey the disk.
