PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture recording apparatus with which a color aberration is suppressed and the cost thereof is reduced regardless a used optical lens even when a laser light source having a wide variation in oscillation wavelengths is used. SOLUTION: In the picture recording apparatus, an exposure control circuit comprises: a clock selection circuit which outputs scanning clocks which are different for every laser light source on the basis of the information of the oscillation wavelength of the laser beam; and a laser driving circuit which outputs a modulation signal corresponding to image data for every laser light source, operated synchronized with the scanning clock. For at least one of a plurality of laser light sources, the clock selection circuit outputs a scanning clock from a plurality of scanning clocks prepared in advance and having different oscillation frequencies on the basis of the information of the oscillation wavelength of the laser beam outputted from the laser light source.
