PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide silver nano-wire and nano-meshlike silver tree with a diameter of 90 to 300 nm without using a mold or a vacuum technique. SOLUTION: Copper particles with a particle diameter of 1 to 17μm are sparsely dispersed over a base material, so as to be carried thereon, and it is dipped into a silver nitrate aqueous solution, thus copper is converted not into dendritic silver tree but into silver nano-wire and nano-meshlike silver tree. In the invention, copper with a particle diameter from 1 to 17μm is converted into the nano-meshlike silver tree. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
