PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which improves cleanability by a simple constitution even if toner having high average circularity is used, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus equipped therewith. SOLUTION: The cleaning device 15 equipped with a cleaning blade 15 for cleaning the toner remaining on a photoreceptor 5 and having the average circularity ranging from 0.95 to 1.00 and a brush-like roller 161 existing upstream of the cleaning blade 15 to supply a lubricant, the process cartridge and the image forming apparatus using the same are characterized in that the cleaning angle at the time of abutment of the cleaning blade 15 to the photoreceptor is 70 to 75°and that the linear pressure is 0.4 to 0.6 N/cm.
