PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical cleaning liquid for a printing machine which exhibits a high cleaning capability even without using organic solvents regulated by laws relating to environments, does not require intricate and large-scale facilities and does not exert a large burden to an operator, and nevertheless does not erode a rubber and/or resin roller and further, to provide a cylindrical cleaning liquid for a printing machine which does not require an alkaline component and does not therefore require management by a hydrogen ion concentration index (PH) any more, makes the repeated use thereof possible if the ink component in the solution is removed, and allows the reduction of the cost required for the solution. SOLUTION: The cylindrical cleaning liquid for the printing machine is composed of a nondrying oil of 0.005 to 0.02 poises in coefficient of viscosity, 0.90 to 0.99 in specific gravity, and 60 to 90 in iodine number as a principal component.
