<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photography apparatus which can execute a comparatively easy fluorescence photography by automatically sensing the condition that a fluorescent material reaches a blood vessel of the fundus of the eye to perform the fluorescence photography. <P>SOLUTION: When the fluorescent material is injected in a vein of a subject, the fluorescent material reaches the blood vessel of the fundus of the eye Ef and emits the fluorescent light. At the early stage, the fluorescent material reaches the blood vessel at an end part of the fundus of the eye Ef. The fluorescent light emitted from the fundus of the eye Ef is received by an area CCD 30a and the quantity of light (the brightness) is detected. The detection result is inputted in a comparison means 110 and is compared with the preset quantity of light (the brightness).
