PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and short-sized inductance component which is superior in a mass-production to be used in a high-frequency bandwidth, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The inductance component comprises a coil 1 and a multilayered magnetic layer 2 obtained by laminating a first metal layer 4, a first metallic magnetic layer 5, an intermediate layer 6 containing copper oxide, and a second metallic magnetic layer 7 on at least one face of a substrate 3. At least one of groups, composed of Fe, Ni and Co, is included in the first and second metallic magnetic layers 5, 7, and also the intermediate layer 6 is composed of a material, having a greater ratio resistance than the first and second metallic magnetic layers 5, 7.
