PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working environment in a manhole at the time of lining operation of a conduit 1 in the manhole 2 by eliminating substances such as styrene or the like emitted from a lining material 3, which is the cause of bad smell. SOLUTION: The lining material 3 is formed of a cylindrical nonwoven fabric impregnated with a reaction curable resin, and is inserted inside the conduit 1 between the manholes 2. Heated fluid is sent inside the lining material 3 for heating, and the reaction curable resin is hardened so as to perform lining of the conduit 1.
