PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an absent information notification service system which can transmit necessary information certainly when a direct response cannot be performed by a telephone at a partner who has telephoned. SOLUTION: If a first calling party 112<SB>1</SB>calls to a service utilization user 112<SB>N</SB>, the portable phone service 126 of a portable telephone network distinguishes incoming call as disabled and informs to a mail service processor 124, it is retrieved whether the first calling party 112<SB>1</SB>is registered into service utilization user information of a system database 122. If registered, an E-mail text for constituting the service utilization user information is read, and an electronic mail service 125 edits this into the E-mail, and sends out to the first calling party 112<SB>1</SB>.
