PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic shielding apparatus which can eliminate the stepped portion, by lowering the floor surface without impeding flow of magnetic flux, while maintaining transparency at the side surface of the apparatus, and can reduce amount of steel used for shielding magnetic flux, without impeding the flow of magnetic flux at the corner of the apparatus. SOLUTION: The magnetic shielding apparatus is a double-layered apparatus, constituted of an internal layer and an external layer formed of a bamboo blind type magnetic material, and the corners of internal layer and/or external layer are twisted. A steel plate forming the internal layer and external layer is preferably constituted in the mesh structure at the upper surface and/or lower surface of the apparatus. Moreover, a plurality of steel materials are allocated similar to the bamboo blind within the magnetic field and the steel material at the corner of the apparatus is curved.
