PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack of which life end battery can be exchanged for a new battery safely and simply in order to recycle the battery of no use. SOLUTION: The battery pack has a battery portion including a main part of the battery, and a safety control portion preventing an excess charging and an excess current of the main part of the battery, wherein the battery portion and the safety control portion are mutually independent units that are different mechanically, and both the units can be coupled or separated each other mechanically and electrically.
