PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation handle cover which can easily be attached/detached, and also, be prevented from being reversed during operation. SOLUTION: This operation handle cover is fitted on the operation handle of a game machine. The operation handle cover has a handle shaft attaching means which is attached to the shaft of the operation handle, and an auxiliary grip means which embraces a grip element which is fixed to the swinging end of the operation handle, and is freely detachably fitted on the handle shaft attaching means.
