<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module which can reduce electrical noise that causes of an apparatus incorrect operation. <P>SOLUTION: A camera module 1 is contained in a shield member 50. The shield member 50 is made of metal and a resin substrate having conductivity. The shield member 50 of electrically conductive material secures earthing for reducing the electrical noise by solder and a conductive adhesive which are prepared in bonding to the shield member 50 and an image pick-up substrate 11. In the shield member 50, three legs 50a, 50b, and 50c and two cutouts 50d, 50e are provided. At the periphery of the image pick-up substrate 11, cutouts 11a, 11b and 11c engaged with the legs of the shield member 50 are formed. These three legs 50a, 50b, and 50c and two notches 50d, 50e are soldered, and the shield member 50 and the image pick-up substrate 11 are connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
