PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide color photographic sensitive material having suitability to digital exposure and suitability to analog exposure and ensuring improved radiation resistance, storage stability and processing stability. SOLUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material has on a support at least one each of yellow, magenta and cyan image forming layers containing a photosensitive silver halide, wherein at least one of the yellow, magenta and cyan image forming layers contains a silver halide emulsion containing silver halide grains having a silver chloride content of≥90 mol%, a silver iodide content of 0-2.0 mol% and a silver bromide content of 0.1-10 mol%, and an average silver iodide content of a group of large-grain-size silver halide grains in the grain size distribution of the silver halide grains is higher than that of a group of small-grain-size silver halide grains.
