PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens that can be miniaturized and decrease loss of light, and to provide a micro-less array and a method of manufacturing the micro-lens array. SOLUTION: The refractive index of the lens 100 is continuously or almost continuously varied outward from a refractive index center 102 in the radial direction of the lens. The refractive index center 102 and a lens area center 103 are differently positioned. Such constitution makes it possible to reduce loss of light and to miniaturize the lens 100.
