PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a shoe sole that exhibits anti-slip performance not only on ice but also on a wet or dry floor. SOLUTION: An anti-slippery rubber grounding sole has cleat parts with woven or unwoven fabric embedded therein and cleat parts only with rubber embedded therein.
