<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processing system for executing prescribed processing to a hand-written paper document. <P>SOLUTION: The document processing system is provided with; an encoding means which generates an encoded paper ID obtained by encoding a paper ID for identifying a paper document; a document-to-paper ID correlating means which correlates a document ID allocated to an electronic document with a paper ID; a unique-to-paper information correlating means which correlates the unique-to-paper information of a paper document with a paper ID; a printing means which regards a paper ID, to which the unique-to-paper information correlated with an obtained paper ID is added, as a new paper ID and prints, on a paper document, an encoded paper ID generated from the new paper ID by the encoding means; a paper ID management means which manages a paper ID and unique-to-paper information; and a processing paper ID correlating means which correlates a paper ID with a processing ID indicating processing executed to written information obtained from a paper document, on which an encoded paper ID is printed and which has hand-written information, by an information acquisition means which acquires the written information and a decoded paper ID decoded by means of a decoding means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
