<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thick film resistance board having a resistor material capable of reducing variations in output power temperature characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: In this thick film circuit board wherein a plurality of resistors are constituted by forming resistor materials 3 and 4 on an alumina board 2, and potential at a prescribed region is divided and detected by the plurality of resistors. The resistor materials 3 and 4 are formed by mixing a plurality of materials. The materials for constituting the resistor materials are all common to one another, and the resistor materials 3 and 4 are formed by changing their mixing ratios. In this way, by using the common materials for forming the resistor materials 3 and 4, LOT fluctuations are reduced, and potential at a prescribed region is divided and detected by the plurality of resistors.
