PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce trouble and cost of molding while accomplishing thinning of a base sheet and to realize correct pressing operation without impairing appearance, in relation to a key sheet having a hard resin plate on the base sheet and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: On a hard substrate 15 of this key sheet 11, connection grooves 17b are formed between through-holes 19. In each connection groove 17b, a connection part 21 continued to and integrated with an operation part 20 of each through-hole 19. Thereby, the need of an injection port of a rubber-like elastic body corresponding to each through-hole 19 for a molding die is obviated, whereby the cost thereof can be reduced by simplification of a die structure. Since the front and back surfaces of the hard substrate 15 are not entirely covered with a rubber-like elastic body, the base sheet 13 can be thinned as a whole. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
