PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting substrate capable of especially increasing adhesive strength between a holding sheet and a base, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A reinforcement member 30 is formed on the side 26b facing the holding sheet 26, and a reinforcement member 31 is also formed on the side 23a facing the base 23. An adhesive region becomes large since a space B at the portions where the reinforcement members 30, 31 are formed functions as an adhesive reservoir, and adhesive strength between the holding sheet 26 and the base 23 can be properly increased in comparison with the conventional one.
