摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position control method and a device for a hydraulic closed circuit improving position control by controlling thrust and speed of a single rod cylinder and a rod displacement position of the single rod cylinder. SOLUTION: Pressure sensors 45, 46 are connected to pressure chambers 32, 36 on a head side and a rod side of the cylinder 31 and the pressure chambers 32, 36 are connected to a hydraulic pump 35 united with a servo motor 47. A load 41 is applied to the piston rod 40 and a position sensor 48 is provided near a tip of the piston rod 40 for detecting the displacement position of the rod 40. Output of the pressure sensors 45, 46 is inputted into a thrust detection circuit 52 and is then inputted from a tare compensation circuit 56 into an arithmetic circuit 55. Output of the position sensor 48 is inputted from a position deviation detection circuit 54 into a position deviation-thrust conversion circuit 55. An output value calculated by the position deviation-thrust conversion circuit 55 is inputted from a cylinder area compensation circuit 57 into an servo amplifier 50 and the servo motor 47 is controlled.
