PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unidirectional dynamic microphone capable of reducing the handling noise, being robust against drop impacts and moreover, being easily assembled and disassembled. SOLUTION: In the unidirectional dynamic microphone, a microphone unit 20 is supported at the front end side of a grip case 100, an output connector 30 is mounted on its rear end side, and an air chamber included as one part of an acoustic circuit of the microphone unit is provided in the grip case. This microphone is provided with a cylindrical cavity sleeve 200, having an air chamber 201 in the inside and the microphone unit 20 fitted inside its front end opening, and front and rear shock mount members 210, 230 for coaxially supporting the cavity sleeve 200 in the inside of the grip case 100, wherein setscrews 102 are engaged from the grip case 100 side into the inside of an engaging hole 204 drilled on the cavity sleeve 200.
