FIELD: rolled stock production, namely processes for making hot rolled steel strips. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of continuous hot rolling and cooling rolled piece by water in outlet roller table; on roller table bending near-edge portions of moving strip upwards by predetermined height in range (0.25 - 0.33)S; setting width of each portion at each side of strip in range (0.25 - 0.33)B, where S and B thickness and width of steel strip respectively.
