FIELD: medicine; orthopedic dentistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: net-wire-reinforcing pin can be used for restoration of 2/3 defect of crown part of front groups of teeth. Net-wire reinforcing pin is made of U-shaped rectangular metal net; width of profile of the profile corresponds to width of defect of crown part of restored tooth. Width of edges, bent at direct angle along length of net is equal to 1-2 mm. U-shaped profile transforms to bundle of free ends of longitudinal wires of net. Surface of change from U-shaped profile to bundle of longitudinal wires is formed to meet surface of cavity made at the base of root and preserved crown part of tooth at its restoration. Lengths of free ends of longitudinal wires do not exceed 1/2 length of channel of tooth's root. Pin reinforces teeth additionally due to placing the pin in matter of composition and due to net structure of pin. ^ EFFECT: strong connection of restored and kept part of tooth. ^ 2 cl
