2-acyl indole derivatives and their use as antitumor agents

The uses of at least one compound of the formula I, its stereoisomers, its tautomers, mixtures thereof and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, for preparing medicaments for: -the treatment of oncoses in mammals -having antimitotic action in mammls -direct and/or indirect inhibition of tubulin polymerization in mammalian cells, or -oral, parenteral or topical treatment of tumor disorders in mammals, preferably in man, are disclosed.
