The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a latch for gates and doors having a body portion and a pair of handles, the body portion comprises a lower end having a pair of adjacent first and second body sections, a smooth curved convex end, and an outer surface with eight sides and smooth rounded corners; the first body section is shorter than the second body section and is separated from the second body section by an intermediate groove; the second body section has a wall portion which extends away from the lower end of the body portion and has an outer surface which continues the outer surface of the lower end of the second body section; the wall portion has side edges which are aligned with the intermediate groove and have upper rounded corners; a flat plate extends inwardly generally at right angles from the inner surface of the wall portion part way along the height thereof, the flat plate having rounded corners.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a front perspective view from a first end of the article;Fig. 2 is a rear perspective view from a second end of the article;Fig. 3 is a view of the article from the second end;Fig. 4 is a view of the article from the first end;Fig. 5 is a front elevation of the article;Fig. 6 is a rear elevation of the article; andFig. 7 is a plan view of the article and a bottom view corresponds.Diagrams of the design are included. |
