PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photochromic molding resin composition which has little limitation in production since it can be imparted with not only water resistance, but also improved light stability and improved color developing intensity, which cannot be achieved by conventional photochromic molding resin compositions, so that it has excellent applicability that allows it to be used in any field. SOLUTION: The photochromic molding resin composition comprises a photochromic material and a molding resin. The photochromic material is prepared by dissolving a photochromic compound selected from spirooxazine derivatives and spiropyrane derivatives in a styrene-based oligomer having a weight-average molecular weight of 200-6,000.
