A valve for use as a fluid flow regulator having an inner part (20) and an outer part (10), which are moveable relative to one another. At least one of the inner or outer parts is connecterd to a source of fluid. One of the parts is fixed whilst the other is movable and the outer part has at least one orifice (16), through which fluid may be dispensed when the valve is "open". The moveable part is dree to rotate about its axis, but axial movement is prevented and when the valve is in its closed position, the inner part (20) and the outer part (10) are arranged relative to one or more sealing olives (40) to prevent fluid from flowing axially over the sealing olive (40) and out through the orifice (16). The sealing olive (40) may be arranged on either or both of the inner or outer parts.
