PURPOSE: A photochromic vinyl sheet is provided to obtain sight by changing the color thereof in a rainy day, and to block UV light by changing the color by UV light. CONSTITUTION: A photochromic vinyl sheet includes a sheet consisting of 100.0 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin, 10-40 parts by weight of a UV color-changing pigment, 5-30 parts by weight of a plasticizer, and 1-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer; and a coating layer(3) coated with a UV blocking liquid on the sheet layer, or the photochromic vinyl sheet includes a resin layer(1') including 100.0 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin per 5-30 parts by weight of a plasticizer, and 1-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer; a color-changing layer(2); formed by printing UV-sensitive pigment on the resin layer; and a coating layer on the color-changing layer.
