PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator of high performance which is small-sized and light weighted, which is mounted on posts and the top plate of a workbench of a cell production system, and in which ionized air reaches even from a distant place such as the posts and the top plate of the workbench to an object to be destaticized. SOLUTION: This static eliminator is provided with a blower unit 1 and a discharge electrode unit 2 arranged adjacent to the upstream of airflow of the blower unit 1, and the tip 2d' of the discharge electrode 2d of the discharge electrode unit 2 is arranged close to the air intake side edge 1c' of a fan blade 1c of the blower unit 1.
