PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start an exclusive function desired by a user in a short period of time, and to provide many functions without impairing the continuity of operations. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with an exclusive function part 14 and a general purpose function part 16. When the execution instruction of the exclusive function is inputted by a high speed start button 23b, the exclusive function part 14 is quickly started, and turned into an executable status. Also, a general purpose function part 16 is started, and the exclusive function operating on a general OS is turned into an executable status, and after the executive function is turned into an executable status, the execution contents of the exclusive function part 14 are shifted to the general purpose function part 16, thereby providing a high function.
