PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting mechanism of an exhibition panel or the like, in which a position and an angle of a horizontal crosspiece is easily adjusted and fixed. SOLUTION: In the exhibition panel equipped with a panel main body 1 formed by vertical crosspiece 1a and the horizontal crosspiece 1b or an angle adjusting means 4 with the members attached by a hinge section 3, a recessed groove 1aa for sliding is formed on vertical crosspieces opposing each other and a slider 2 is included in the recessed groove for sliding and the slider is fixed at both ends of the horizontal crosspiece and by sliding the slider, the position of the horizontal crosspiece is adjusted or the angle of two panel main bodies is adjusted. Further, a through hole 2b for spheres which includes a sphere 2h is provided protrusively in the slider and a locking piece 2c and a pressing piece 2d are provided protrusively in the through hole for spheres and the sphere is protruded under the slider.
