PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To displace at high velocity an actuator along a return path by automatically switching a reduction gear ratio after generating high torque at the termination of the displacement of an outward path. SOLUTION: A helical gear is used for a sun gear 16, a planetary gear 18 and an internal gear 20. Thus, when a load exceeding predetermined torque, which is set beforehand, is applied to the internal gear 20, the internal gear 20 moves in the input shaft direction or the output shaft direction while rotating in the direction different from the sun gear 16.
