PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the safety, efficiency and exactness of work by performing display of indicator etc., concerning the operation of a laser beam irradiator in such a manner that an operator can view the display in the state of wearing protection spectacles, thereby constituting a display device which shuts off only the laser beam harmful to the operator's eyes. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a light emission means of LEDs 12, 13 and 14 having light emission regions being different from a region of the shielding region for visible light like laser beam by protection spectacles 7, with respect to such protection spectacles as for shielding visible light like the laser beam 5.
